I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, particularly because the grounds were absolutely stunning and well-maintained. The cabins, however, could use some improvements in cleanliness and condition. While the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from town, the fees felt a bit steep for what was offered in the accommodations. Despite some drawbacks, the peaceful environment made it worthwhile.

Rooms

I stayed in a deluxe cabin, which was tidy but could definitely use some TLC. It was a bit overpriced for the outdated condition and had some issues like noise from the AC. However, it did have a fridge and enough space for me.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, making sure everything was orderly and clean. They contributed to a comfortable experience.

I had a decent stay at this resort, with a really great location just a short walk from the main strip, shops, and beach. The cleanliness in my cabin could use some improvement, and there was a noisy air conditioner that disrupted my night. Overall, while it was good value for the location, there were a few issues that made it less than ideal.

Rooms
The cabin was a bit cramped, but it had everything I needed despite some cleanliness issues, like long hairs on the floor and a kettle that tasted terrible. Rating: 6/10
Service
The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, but my check-in experience was a little awkward, and after-hours contact information was lacking. Rating: 7/10
Location
The resort is excellently located, just a short walk from Woolworths and the beach, making it super convenient for getting around without needing a car. Rating: 9/10
Dining
While the resort itself didn’t have dining options, there are plenty of good cafes and bars within walking distance; however, I didn’t have much dining experience on-site. Rating: N/A
Facilities
The resort had good facilities overall, but the cleanliness and maintenance of some areas left much to be desired. Rating: 5/10

I had a lovely two-night stay in a deluxe cabin that struck the right balance between comfort and peacefulness. The location was quite convenient, just a stroll away from the Main Street, but I did notice the cabin had a slight chlorine smell, which was less than ideal. Overall, it was a pleasant retreat, especially considering the nearby supermarket for supplies.

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Byron's main street, but the rooms left a lot to be desired, with cleanliness being a big issue. The service was decent but could use more attentiveness. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was offered.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was rundown and in desperate need of an update. It didn't feel clean, with dust on surfaces and a sticky kitchen table that was off-putting.
Service

The staff seemed helpful initially but lacked follow-through when it came to addressing issues during my stay, especially regarding cleanliness.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Byron's main street, making it very convenient to explore the area.
Dining

While dining options nearby were excellent, the resort didn't offer much on-site, so we relied on local eateries.
Facilities

The facilities are lacking, with no clear maintenance or cleaning standard, which is disappointing for a resort.

My stay had its ups and downs. Initially, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin, but after moving to a different one, everything changed for the better. The new cottage was clean, spacious, and peaceful, making my stay quite enjoyable in the end, despite the rough start.
